VACDIVA partners continue to work against the clock to move the project forward. After the face-to-face meetings of WP2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on January 23rd, the COVID-19 has made us change the way we meet. The new situation has meant that many of the meetings that were planned to be held in person have had to be reformulated and moved to videoconferencing. We have stopped travelling and WEBEX has become the main platform for the projects meetings.

In 2020 the following meetings have been held:
- 12-13 FEBRUARY: Teleconferences with wp9 members
- 29 APRIL: Transversal meeting WPs 2,3,4,5,6
- 13 MAY: WP 7 meeting
- 8 JULY: WP 7 meeting
- 29 JULY: Model epidemology brainstorming WP 7
- 10 NOVEMBER: Consortium Meeting
What is clear is that the project members continue to work every day to make the African swine fever vaccine a reality soon.
