Legitimation. What is the legitimation for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for processing your data is the consent that will be requested in the Registration Data Request Form in the portal.
The user who provides personal data through the Registration Data Request Form in the portal on the VACDIVA website, voluntarily provides personal data (hereinafter Personal Data). The Personal Data you provide on these forms will be processed under the responsibility of VACDIVA and will be kept confidential and protected.
In this respect, VACDIVA informs users that, in compliance with RGPD 679/2016, it has an Activity Log. Therefore, the user expressly accepts, completely and without reservation, that their Personal Data are processed automatically by VACDIVA to offer a reference portal on the Internet for professionals in the pig sector.

Origin. How did we obtain your data?
All personal information, Personal Data we have about you, has been provided to us by you through the Contact Form or in the emails (newsletter).

The aim of the website: VACDIVA is an Horizon2020 European Project born with the aim of developing an effective vaccine against African Swine Fever. The purpose is to offer an Internet reference portal for professionals in the pig sector.
Summing up the aforementioned points, your personal information provided to us through the Registration Data Request Form in the portal on the VACDIVA website, will be kept confidential and protected. Under no circumstances will it be earmarked or used for other purposes, nor will it be transferred to third parties without your prior consent, in accordance with the principles of RGPD 679/2016. To comply with the different legal provisions, different levels of security to protect the Personal Data provided by the users have been established, and all technical measures at our disposal adopted in order to avoid the loss, misuse, alteration, unauthorized access and manipulation of the aforementioned Personal Data.
